This treatment is aimed at those who are bothered by volume loss in the mid to lower face; or perhaps feel as though they are developing ‘jowls’. This treatment is carried out via a number of advanced techniques; and we prefer to use a cannula for part of this procedure. This procedure usually entails adding structure and volume to the areas it has naturally depleted, and adding definition to areas such as the cheeks and jawline.
As with any medical procedure, there are certain risks associated with this treatment. This treatment can result in some swelling and/or bruising. We recommend allowing two weeks after your treatment before attending any important events; as the facial area can occasionally take the two full weeks to settle. Although rare, there other serious risks involved with this treatment. This means you require a full consultation and medical assessment prior to your treatment. At this appointment; you will be informed of all of the risks and side effects that can occur as a result of this treatment. It is important that this treatment is carried out by a fully qualified medical practitioner only.
Once you have had your initial consultation with one of our team; you will have the opportunity to ‘cool off’ and consider whether this treatment is right for you. If you decide to book your treatment; we will book you in for a time to suit you. On the day; there will be a health questionnaire to fill in; as well as a detailed consent form. These forms will be discussed with you before any treatment is undertaken. You will also have the opportunity to ask more questions on the day. We don’t like to rush you in and rush you out. All appointments are 1:1. No queues, no overlaps. Sometimes, depending on your aesthetic goals, we develop an individualised treatment plan which will detail any specific recommendations from us to help you achieve your optimal result. This is bespoke to your budget.
Typically, the effects of the treatment last between 12 and 18 months. As we are all individual, the duration of this treatment is different for everyone. This will be discussed in more depth at your consultation.
Prices start at £550. Upon booking; you will be asked to provide a £50 deposit to confirm your appointment. Upon attendance, the £50 deposit fee will be deducted from your final total.
